Duke Farms Coffee Roasters, a family tradition company from a coffee country by excellence. With more than forty years in the sector dedicated to the cultivation, processing, and marketing of specialty Single-Origin Colombian coffee. Giving us the knowledge and experience necessary to obtain the best product, thus strengthening ourselves and constantly feeding back on quality, based on the best production processes and quality standards to give the best aroma and body in the roasting process, reflected at the time of preparation that distinguish our coffee.
The balance between acidity and body that characterize our coffee is the result of the altitude 1650 meters (or 5414 feet), shade trees, and volcanic soil from the slopes of the department of Caldas, Colombia, South America.
Roasting Process
Our roasting process is reflected at the time of preparation of our product. Coffee roasting is a complex process that involves careful attention, therefore we roast our coffee with subtlety. We carefully select our excelso Single-origin beans in screen meshes of 14-18. After selecting our beans, we start the process of roasting where we make sure all beans have an even finish. To ensure quality and consistence, we take our coffee to cupping laboratories after the roasting process.
